While this notice primarily references influencer content and testimonials, you may be wondering how it applies to your customer reviews.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Today, nearly <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.powerreviews.com\/insights\/power-of-reviews-survey-2021\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">all shoppers depend on user generated content (UGC)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 including reviews, Q&amp;A, photos and videos \u2014 to make informed purchase decisions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For this reason, every brand and retailer wants to have a positive ratings and reviews footprint. It can therefore be tempting to selectively block negative reviews or manufacture positive review content.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Don\u2019t even think about it.
