software that allowed them to find and add customer reviews to their website. But it wasn\u2019t long before Jessica Donoghue, VP of Marketing, hit major bumps in the road. Jessica says, \u201c[The competing solution we were using] wasn\u2019t flexible enough to work with a company our size. I wanted certain things from the product that it couldn\u2019t deliver. I quickly realized that they weren\u2019t the right partner for PROFOOT.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">What Jessica wanted more than anything was <b>benchmark data <\/b>that would help her definitively compare PROFOOT\u2019s messaging and positioning against competitors. But that was one thing the other platform couldn\u2019t provide.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u201c[Competitor] wouldn\u2019t give us any type of benchmark data. Why?
